Create in Place: Watercolor Floral Wreaths

Wayfaring Painter is teaming up with the 352 Creates program and the Alachua County Library District to bring you this opportunity to “Create in Place.”

The Create in Place movement encourages you to create wherever you are and whenever you want on the second Friday of every month, to help demonstrate that creativity can engage and promote healthy communities.

Participants will learn basic watercolor techniques to create a floral wreath design. This will be a drop-in style workshop with a more casual instructional presentation – no need to commit to the entire 2 hours or be there right on time. Come by during lunch for a quick art break, or stay a while and use this as an opportunity to create something special for Mother’s Day!

This is a free event open to the public! No experience is required and all materials will be provided.
