Colleen Rand exemplifies the spirit of Gainesville’s art scene through her dance, photography, art and illustrations. She is a multifaceted and accomplished artist that has struggled through health adversities but persevered with true grace. Driven by the highest professional standards, she is a shining example of how one can live their lives by giving. Truly her spirit is ‘in the arts’ in Gainesville.

Colleen is the production photographer and a board member for Dance Alive National Ballet. She has introduced numerous artists and dance aficionados to the ballet company and given hours and hours of her time and support to ensure that dance continues to be part of Gainesville’s culture. She will do anything to enhance the ballet company and the art community in general in Gainesville.
